We wish to network our church centered Equipping School with the Eagle-Lion
Institute for the coming
year, January 20 to January 20
as listed in item #12 below. Attached is a check for
initial fee
and
affiliate fee $ to
assist in maintaining a headquarters. The terms of our affiliation are as
follows:

Eagle-Lion is a service organization and will
exercise no legal authority over our church or school.

Eagle-Lion will provide assistance in various
ways. These will include: providing course syllabi; selling certain school
materials; providing equipping and start-up administrative ministry and
providing updates of all revised and new course syllabi.

We agree to use Eagle-Lion courses in at least
50% of our course offerings this year.

We agree not to duplicate any of the Eagle-Lion
books and manuals without written permission (they have a copyright), but
rather to purchase them from Eagle-Lion Institute.

In recognition that the anointing is both
caught and taught, we agree to schedule equipping ministry from the Eagle-Lion
Institute during the year, as a way of increasing the anointing within our
church and school.

In order to maintain and improve the quality of
our school, we agree to complete an Annual Self-Study Report. The
results of this will be sent to Eagle-Lion during January along with a
six-month schedule for strengthening any weak areas in our school that we have
found.

We maintain our orthodoxy by agreeing to the
historical Nicene Creed.

We maintain our purity by judging and healing
sin as it is discovered in our midst.

We commit ourselves to the mentoring of our
students into their destiny, and assisting in every way we can in placing them
into ministry.

We agree that our local church or school is an
extension of Eagle-Lion and tuition is therefore shared by the local college
and Eagle-Lion Institute. 80% is the local colleges; 20% to Eagle-Lion
Institute ($3 TU min).

The local college may use and adapt the entire
Eagle Christian College Student Catalog to its needs, printing its own
personalized edition.

We will pay a $125 initial fee and $200
a year (in US funds only) for affiliate fee to Eagle-Lion as a related school.

If at any time we decided not to re-affiliate
with Eagle-Lion, we agree to cease using all equipping materials including
syllabi. We will send written notification to Eagle-Lion.
