Eagle-Lion Institute
HUBA HUB is a place of equipping for key leaders and leaders in training. It is: 1. A regional equipping opportunity for leaders 2. A local church leader that provides a central gathering point for Eagle-Lion equipping when recommended by Dr. John Watson 3. A local church leader who is a part of the critical mass to help the Eagle-Lion Institute succeed. He or she sees himself or herself as an extension of the Institute with a reproducer lifestyle. 4. A local church leader who is in an accountable relationship to Eagle-Lion. Eagle- Lion and the local church leader renew this agreement annually to offer equipping locally and regionally. Eagle-Lion provides structure and vision; and the HUB leader agrees to track and report numbers such as: a. Ministering Spiritual Gifts (MSG) classes and students b. number of teams functioning in their home church c. number of people with responsibilities on teams in their local church d. number of classes and students per year 5. Operating on an agreed budget for the HUB 6. A local equipping school that is a member of the Eagle-Lion Institute 7. One of a few HUBs; but one of many local churches that have their own related equipping schools. Some Typical Suggested HUB Curriculum to help produce strong, transforming local churches!
