Our Vision
Leadership is very important. As a Christian who believes in Jesus, the
process of establishing new leaders is very important! They are called
spiritual mothers and fathers in 1 Thessalonians 2. Great Christian
destinies and missions rise or fall based the leadership available. This
curriculum is part of this process.
Are you a leader already? If so, whom do you see as a new potential
leader in your group? You can help them by equipping them in Leadership
Development. Are you a person who believes that God has called you to be a
leader? Who could mentor you through part or all of the curriculum?
We begin at a training level where we expected like each person already to have
taken "Ministering Spiritual Gifts" (MSG) available through Marion Christian
Center. MSG training is available in many related churches as well.
Our Strategy
On the third Friday and Saturday of each month we meet for praying &
training. This includes several opportunities to develop leadership in
action. More things are caught than taught. There are also activations or
lab experiences each month.
During the following month each student has academic studies to complete.
This is a part of the leadership mentoring process. Some students will take
this training more than once in order to grow in God.

School of Leadership
The School of Leadership curriculum is drawn from the classes of Eagle
Christian College. Much time will be utilized doing activations
(laboratory). Included in this is the Harp & Bowl Friday Evening Service.
Observation and Intercession will be done while enrolled in the school. The
student must have already taken the Ministering Spiritual Gifts (MSG) class
before enrolling. The first session (February) is mandatory.

A certificate is awarded for successfully completing SOL. Also
progressive associate, bachelor, masters and doctoral diploma are awarded as
the student progresses through these courses plus others. (These are
non-Board of Regents academic programs.)
