Eagle-Lion Institute
The Saints MovementThe ministry of the Eagle-Lion Institute is to equip Jesus’ people for the present and coming moves of God. This includes God’s leaders being restored. The apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers are being called, equipped and commissioned! They are in turn equipping the saints for their place of ministry. The Saint’s Movement is alive! Each and every Christian can find their place on a ministry team. The army of God is arising. The kingdom of God is being established. Jesus’ authority is real. The Holy Spirit’s energy and power is being released. The Eagle and Lion Christians are alive. What are Eagle-Lion Christians? In 1996 I felt the word of God say, “this is an Eagle generation of Christians. The Eagles are arising to dominate the spiritual atmosphere of their communities. They will have their eyes on Jesus and will soar on the wind of the Holy Spirit.” I, John Watson, am known as The Eagle Man. Bishop Hamon of Christian International has seen the lion as an object lesson for today’s Christians. The lion is the dominating animal on the earth. Christians have the Lion of the tribe of Judah, Jesus, living in them. They will possess their promised Land and they will help others possess their Land. Eagles dominate the spiritual atmosphere. Lions dominate the natural. The Eagle-Lion Christians are arising to demonstrate Jesus’ kingdom! Miracles are being manifest in nature. Gifts such as healing, faiths, working of miracles, and discerning of spirits are being manifest. Prophecy, tongues and interpretation, and words of knowledge and wisdom are abounding in the Holy Spirit to the glory of Jesus. The church can cry out “Your Glory, Jesus!” The wealth of the nations is being released for God’s kingdom purposes in Jesus. The glory of God is being made manifest. In the midst of the shaking of nations God is being revealed from glory to glory. People will choose either to be sheep or goat nations. The children and youth are being drawn to Jesus. Israel is being touched by the gospel. Racial tensions are being cleansed in our cultures. God is alive! The Bible, the Holy Scriptures, is God inspired, reliable and the basis of authority. God has called each believer in Jesus to be a minister in the Saint’s Movement. This is not just observing others doing the work of ministry; but this is each one participating on a ministry team establishing the kingdom of God! The primary anointings of the Father, Jesus and the Holy Spirit available in the Eagle-Lion Institute include: · the prophetic anointing · the apostolic anointing in spiritual parenting and Holy Spirit power · the family anointing - male and female - flowing together · the reproducer anointing in equipping “reproducers of reproducers” · the prophetic warfare praise and worship anointing in the music and arts Our purpose is to produce Jesus centered people who are Holy Spirit led on RELATIONSHIP based teams. We build teams to do the work of ministry. These are teams that have real fellowship and love for each other. Each of our thirteen major areas represents an area of team ministry. Detailed explanations of the teams and equipping curriculum are given later. We also embrace LAMAD equipping (this is one of the Hebrew words for equipping - see verses like Deuteronomy 4:1, 11:19; 2 Chronicles 17:7; Ezra 7:10). This means we are not only cognitive in assimilating knowledge but we confront truth in our spirits! We then transform our communities by preaching Jesus in the power and presence of the Holy Spirit to restore individuals and families! We are established to equip ones to be mature and productive members of Christ’s body. The successful student is a hungry, God fearing, growing Christian. Is this you? As we experience who we are in Christ, who Christ is in us, how to live daily in dependence upon Him, and who we are in the body of Christ in the local church; we become a vessel for the glory of God. These are vessels shining forth in a world of darkness. The glory of God so fills the earth. We then meet the needs of people at God’s bidding! We are committed to growing in Christ; not just assimilating knowledge. Because our relationship with the living God is not stagnant but ever growing and changing, we are delighted to continue to learn of Him. We are taught by the Holy Spirit to involve leaders as teachers (spiritual fathers and mothers) in our lives. He has anointed and appointed these ones. In addition to our personal knowledge of God, the Holy Spirit is more and more revealing Himself in us as Jesus’ local churches. “Christ in you” (plural) is what Colossians 1:27 states. We are “being changed from glory to glory” 2 Corinthians 3:18. We desire to do “what we see the Father doing” John 5:19. Therefore we provide equipping in the local church through an equipping school curriculum, translocal faculty and other equipping models. Our curriculum is ever changing so we may grow from glory to glory in the Holy Spirit. We provide FOUR CORE AREAS: Bible, Relationships, Character, and Holy Spirit Awareness. We also provide THIRTEEN MAJORS to build teams. In each major the disciple of Jesus is equipped to be orientated, fruitful, excelling and reproducing! Classes may be taken for personal growth only. Or they may be taken towards diploma programs. Progression towards a diploma provides the opportunity for accountability, recognition, achievement, and progression. Please allow yourself to stretch, grow and change. This is a Warning/Disclosure. Because of the non-academic nature of the Eagle-Lion Institute, there should be no expectation that “training units” (they are not “academic credits” toward a degree) will be recognized for transfer or any sort of academic standing in traditional academic institutions. Any college will set their own standards of handling programs like Eagle-Lion Institute or Wagner Leadership Institute, which is a similar program. We are not an Ohio Board of Regents approved program since their area of authority is in degree programs. Since Eagle-Lion Institute has chosen to adopt an educational paradigm so different from the traditional, some may be uncomfortable with our position. Before enrolling in Eagle-Lion, please check with your ordaining body if you need approval.
